Special appreciation of our QuArtz group's achievement:

Having chosen Trailblazing Women of British Columbia as their theme for a year-long major project, QuArtz subgroup members focused on a woman and highlighted what she had contributed. CQA has recognized their art quilts in the June issue of the Canadian Quilter magazine. Linda Waters' portrayal of Phyllis Munday is featured on the cover (below), and quilts by other QuArtz members are displayed in the lovely article dedicated to their achievements. Well done to all!
