• In 1986 a group called "Silver Star Quilting Squares" began with a handful of quilters in the area We have grown to a Guild of over 100 members. Our name changed to Vernon Silver Star Quilters in 1999.
• We are dedicated to the promotion of quilting and provision of community services through the craft of quilting.
• The Guild meets on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays from September through June from 9:30 to about 11:00 at Grace Bible Church,
  5661 Silver Star Road, Vernon, British Columbia. 
• If you would like to come to any meeting, feel free to join us and mention that you're a Newcomer. Someone will be assigned to you to make you feel welcome and introduce you to some of our Guild activities and benefits. Contact our Newcomer Committee Head.
